Before and After Pics

Here is a project that My wife and I just completed. It was a little rough in the begining but we did it. It turned out great and ended up netting a lot of equity by time we were complete. This kind of remodel is not for everyone but if you are willing to put in the time, blood, sweat, and tears. It can be a great time!!!!

There is before and after. Like I said, it can be worth it, it just isn't easy!!!!
It is extremely hard but laying out a plan for whole project is key. Knowing what you are going to do and then making sure that the project stays in order is the hardest. There were times when we needed to do the tidious stuff, the stuff that nobody would notice and I hated that. I would much rather do the things that folks were going to drive by and say WOW!!! that looks great, that was the stuff that I wanted to do, but having a plan in place and knowing that you have to stick to that was very helpful!!!
